At 1st Phorm, we stand behind the quality of our premium apparel and gear. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the product remains in new, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location and keep your tracking number handy as we process your refund or replacement.
